Initiate Your Request
Log into your Oearlclam account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments with their original packaging and tags into a shipping box, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside.
Ship the Package
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
